1.         Installing  single flow rotary joints

When using threaded coupling to connect quill and spinning body , you should daub white lead oil or flexible film and use tools to clamp spindle(usually design the plane with wrench glamp mouth),then revolve ,aiming at the connection hole of  spinning body’s screw thread, until rotating fully. When using flange coupling to connect quill and spinning body , you should add gasket of uniform thickness at the tip of extending flange quill, then aiming at the tip of spinning body’s union halves and screw, using bolt to fix. When you are fixing, please fix it on the cross, then screw it down with the same moment.

2.         Installing dual flow rotary joints

When using flange coupling to connect quill and spinning body , you should add gasket of uniform thickness at the tipof extending flange quill, then aiming at the tip of spinning body’s union halves and screw, using bolt to fix. When you are fixing, please fix it on the cross, then screw it down with the same moment.

3.        Installing dual flow inherently stationary rotary joints

Usually, we use wimble tube screw thread and tube screw thread to connect the end cover of  inner tube and rotary joints. Its connection direction is opposite to that of matched spinning body. When using Flange to connect outer tube, after using threaded coupling to connent inner tube and end cover, sometimes we use nut to lock the end of inner tube in the end cover. While installing it, please aim the inner tube ,through the tip hole of outer tube ,at the end cover screw of rotary joints ,then screw the concretion down. If you want to use Siphon, please square the nozzle of siphon bent sub down, then fix and connect the outer tube and matched spinning body.

4.  Installing dual flow inherently revolving  rotary joints

Before installing outer tube, please assemble the inner tube and matched spinning body. Usually, it use screw thread to connect the inner tube and matched spinning body. The direction of revolving is opposite to that of matched spinning body.

5.  Directions about installing metal tube

过度弯曲: overbending    拉长draw oneselg up 压短: to press short  拧曲:screw and bend 过长: overlength
